Everything you type into this app — your roster, quests, timers and map pins — is stored in this browser and never sent anywhere. That keeps it private and lets the app be shared with anyone, but it also means nobody else is backing it up for you.

Downloads your whole notebook as one JSON file. Use it to move to another browser or machine, or just to keep a copy before you try something.

Import

Restore from a backup file. Replace overwrites everything currently here; merge adds the file's entries alongside your own, renumbering them so nothing collides.

Where this lives

Your notebook is kept in this browser's IndexedDB under norrath:data:v1. It is not uploaded, and the person hosting this app cannot see it.

Clearing site data or browsing history for this site will erase it, and a different browser or a private window starts empty — so export a backup now and then. Open tabs stay in sync with each other automatically.
