The Oasis of Marr is a large desert area that lies in the middle of the Desert of Ro. The Oasis is inhabited by crocodiles of all types along the beach, the island in the middle has a temple that is surrounded by spectres, and the west side of the zone is known as the "orc highway" due to the incredible number of orcs that path along it. There are also wandering undead throughout the zone, as well as Desert Madmen, which will agro on sight regardless of your level. There is also the named sand giant "Cazel" who wanders the north-east corner and wreaks havoc, as he is a serious undercon.
