This is the planar home of Tunare, the goddess of nature. It's entered via a portal at the top of the tower in the central part of the Wakening Land at ~(500, -1000). There is no known way to regain faction in this plane once you've damaged it. The moment an enemy of Tunare steps into the plane, the Protectors of Growth will be sent to hunt them down.
